da da da done! the super saturday tutorials (from like eons ago) are here, well somewhat. i’m sure they aren’t perfect, in fact far from it and i’ll probably be editing them and making them more user friendly/perfect this weekend, but for now they are as done as they’re going to be for a little bit. phew! they will at least give you some sort of idea on how to begin and proceed on the projects, since you know, christmas is in like 17 days. although the second project could actually be modified so that it wasn’t so “christmas ish” and could be displayed year round, so if you want a project for after christmas, there you have it!
the first project is the set of santa hats pictured above and the second project is a holiday sheet music frame. when trying to decide the best way to share these tutorials i actually decided to try sharing them as google documents. if you click on each of the following links it should (crossing my fingers) pull up the google document for that. if not let me know and i’ll correct it. a couple of notes: the instructions for each project were typed up on a mac in the pages program, so they may or may not open on a non mac computer? i’ll try to confiscate my hubby’s lap top this weekend and get them switched over to generic word documents for all you non mac users. also, i do have a circle template for the flowers, but can’t seem to find where i saved it, so when i find it i’ll upload it but really you can use any size. you’ll see what i mean when you go through the instructions.

to give you an idea of cost on each of these projects you can make the santa hats from around $23-$33 dollars (depending on if you use coupons or not) and the frame can easily be made for under $5 thanks to fabulous cheap $3 frames at walmart! (see i’m not always a walmart hater!)
