want to know one of my favorite comfort food meals ever? hands down it’s eggs & white sauce over toast.

i could literally eat this weekly, if not multiple times a week, especially now that i’ve somewhat mastered making a white sauce. i know. i know a white sauce should be easy peasy, but rest assured, until recently i dreaded making it because invariably something would go wrong. i believe i have finally mastered it though. since the weather has turned chilly here in colorado we have actually had this meal twice now in the last week. yum! yum! to me it’s the perfect meal on a cozy night in.
