one of the main things discussed in the landmark forum is that we are each our “word”. when we are committed to our word and become our word, then we have integrity. integrity with ourselves, with our spouse, with our children, with our family members, with our friends, etc. but when we use our word carelessly and do not honor our word or follow through on our commitment(s), then a lack of integrity is present in the relationship, and there for the workability of the relationship decreases. in order for a relationship (whether with ourselves or with those around us) to have high workability, it must have high intergrity. the two correlate more than we would like to think.

integrity = workability
workability = performace
performance = outcome

through our word we create a way of “being”. that then creates and guides us to what we should be “doing”. which then leads to an outcome or what we end up “having”.

be.do.have.

now that i have cleared a space for who i want to be and realized the possibilities are endless i am searching to find what moves, touches, and inspires me? what do i really want to create in my life?

a few i have thought of that inspire me are: i am committed to being alive. being healthy. being full of energy. being present in my own life. i am creating the possiblity of living powerfully and living a life i love. i am committed to creating beauty in my home and community. i am committed to being inspired on a daily basis and i am committed inspiring others.
now it’s just a matter of actually acting on those commitments and honoring my word each and every moment of my life. i’ve committed to living a life bigger than myself. a life that asks me to be better than i am, be stronger, be more loving, be more patient. i am up to some big things and it’s definitely motivating and inspiring. will i have breakdowns? sure. those just lead the way for breakthroughs though. for every breakdown there is a breakthrough and in order for there to even be a breakdown, you must first be committed. i love that.
i’m not perfect, but i now see that i can live my life in a way that moves, touches, and inspires me and that in turn enrolls other’s in the same possibility. regardless of the past. regardless of mistakes. regardless of failure. greatness requires risk. it requires moving forward in the face of fear. it requires honoring your word. it requires taking full responsibility. it requires all of you. it’s that simple.
so go ahead, take the leap. jump off the cliff. go into the unknown and create something new. create miracles. create a new way of being.
