for today’s post i’d simply like to refer you to this video. i believe the video was put out as part of a dove campaign a few years ago. i saw it after a friend of mine shared it on facebook today, and it’s good reminder of how distorted beauty can be in our culture. a great video especially if you have tweens or teens, but a good reminder for all women in general about how what we see in magazine’s, movie’s etc. is not reality. it’s so distorted and edited in photoshop it’s insane. i apologize if this video has already been seen by everyone – it was my first time seeing it. also, i love faith hill, her before and after just happened to be the least scandalous. i prefer to keep images on here more wholesome and family friendly, and who’s more family friendly than faith hill!
