a breather & halloween

i’ve been taking a break from blogging…did you notice? i honestly can’t believe it’s been 3 months since my last blog post! where in the world has that 3 months gone?

i also can’t believe it’s november! time is seriously speeding up each year! i remember thinking a year was a REALLY long time. now i swear i blink and a year is over like that.

any way, during my break i’ve been thinking about a lot of things & i can’t wait to share those things with all of you in the next few months. let’s just say, changes are coming! 🙂

first thing on the agenda though is documenting this year’s halloween! seriously, my most favorite halloween ever! we took titan trick or treating and he was hilarious! we have quite the conversationalist on our hands. for example these were some of his statements/questions as he was gathering candy:

• “hey, who carved that pumpkin?”
• “what are you being?”
• a house had a candy bowl with an animated head – “what is his (referring to the head) name? oh he doesn’t have a name? maybe sometime i can name him!”

broc and i seriously spent the entire hour we were out trick or treating, laughing our heads off. thankfully he also managed to pick up “happy halloween” & “thank you”. cutest buzz light year ever!

of course, once we got home, this was the site every time the door bell rang…titan running for the door! eventually he just sat by the door (like last year) waiting for all the trick or treaters to come! he LOVED handing out the candy.

…and now today, we are recovering from the sugar hangover! 😉

ps. talk about scary things on halloween…let’s talk about my hair curly! have been trying to wear my hair curly more, but every time i see photo’s of it – it frightens me. i may or may not just have to give up on the whole curly hair thing…we’ll see.
