in all honesty, the first time i ever tasted mizithra pasta i was at the spaghetti factory with broc while we were dating and i was not a fan. it has definitely grown on me the more i’ve tried it though and now a few years later, i love it. we almost always have a brick of mizithra cheese in our fridge, as it makes for such an easy and quick dinner that is also very tasty.
